It is the policy of Our Real Santa Experience to have all electronic products available for download within 24 hours of their completion. Completion is final editing and delivery for retail.
Please note this does not include public holidays or weekends and is applicable to normal business hours.
It is the policy of Our Real Santa Experience that, all physical products ordered will be available for pick up by arrangement within 24 hours of their arrival to the studio.
Products for post will be sent within 24 hours of their arrival at the studio. All products will be sent registered post and require a signature upon arrival.
Please note, orders are only available for pick up in normal business hours and does not include public holidays or weekends.
Please note, all postal orders will be sent in normal business hours and not on public holidays or weekends. Any 24 hour period for physical product begins after public holidays or weekends.
Refunds, No shows, Cancellations and Postponements –
YOUR session fee IS NOT REFUNDABLE. Once your session fee is paid your commitment is final. Cancellations must be done 7 DAYS OR MORE prior to your session date or a cancellation fee of $200 will be charged IN ADDITION to your session fee. The $200 penalty fee will be held by Our Real Santa Experience for a period of 9 months and may be used as credit towards an alternative session within this valid period ONLY.
If you wish to postpone then you must do so SEVEN days prior to your session. There is no guarantee that you will get another spot due to these sessions booking out fast. Postponements any earlier to the required notice period will incur in FULL PAYMENT on day of original scheduled and the payment will remain on file for NINE months for the client to return within this period to reschedule.
If you do not attend your photo session without valid prior notice then there will be no chance of a rescheduled appointment.
If you do not show up to your session there is under no circumstances a chance to reschedule your session date, receive a refund, or use paid money towards a product purchase from a previous session. You will forfeit your session and all monies paid towards it.
